You can access your ongoing conversations and send messages through Chats or Contacts.
To access an ongoing conversation and send messages through Chats
- Find the chat with whom you would like to access or send a new message and tap it to open
- Once opened, start typing your new message in the chat response area
To send messages to someone that you have already saved in your Contacts
- Tap the search field and enter a specialist's name or scroll down until you find the needed contact.
- Tap the contact to open the profile.
- Tap Send message or the message icon under the contact's name.
- Type in your message and tap Send icon on the right.
- This will take you to your open conversation with this contact, or will start a new conversation if your most recent one has already been closed and archived.
