You can reset your Pigeon account password if you forget it.

To reset your password:

• Go to the Sign in page, then tap Forgot password.
• Enter the email address used for your Pigeon account in the corresponding field.
• Tap Send.
• Check your email and follow the instructions in it.

• Follow the link in your email to come back to your Pigeon account.
• Enter your new password and confirm it in the corresponding fields. Your password must be at least 8 characters.
• Tap Update password. The password will be changed.
• Tap Sign in to start using your Pigeon account.

If you're already logged in and need to update your password, that's simple.

To update your password:

• Open My Profile.
• Tap Privacy and Security.
