You can easily reply to a specific message from your Chat inbox.

To reply the selected message:

  1. Go to your Chat Page

  2. Open the chat that includes the needed message

  3. Click three dots icon next to the message you want to reply

  4. Click Reply in a drop-down menu. The message will appear in the Answer Section

  5. Type your answer and click Send (the blue arrow icon on the right) or Enter on your keyboard

  6. The message will appear in the chat's main dashboard
