Get started

1. Sign in to https://business.getpigeon.com/
2. Click the Pigeon icon in the top left corner, chose Get Started option, and click Continue

Complete the information about your company

Complete your company's profile and go through the verification process. Make sure the information you provide follows our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1. Check your company's name in Company name field
2. Click Company Industry field to open the drop-down menu and choose your company's industry
3. Choose the numbers of employees in your company
4. Complete contact information, providing company website, email, phone number and address
5. Enter your company's tax ID and click Continue

Once your profile is verified it will appear in the platform. If your business is unverified, you will see the notification. The verification process can take up to 24 hours. If you want to change the company's name, contact Pigeon Support Team.

Invite your team

As Admin, you can bring your team members to Pigeon by sending invitations to their emails.

1. Enter the email addresses of team members you want to invite
2. Click Role field to open the drop-down menu and select the role for which you would like to invite:
   • Admin
   • Associate
3. Click Add more team members if you want to create more invitations
4. Click Send invitations to continue or Skip if you want to invite team members later

Once your company's profile is completed, move on to inviting more team members and creating your company directory.
