If you don’t want to get chat's push notifications, mute them or turn off completely.

To mute notifications:

  1. Go to your Chat Page

  2. Open the chat you want to mute

  3. Click the Info icon in the top right corner of the chat's main dashboard. The Chat information sidebar menu will appear on the right

  4. Click Notifications. The Mute conversation window will appear

  5. Select the length of time you'd like to mute notifications for

  6. Click Save

To unmute notifications:

  1. Open the chat you want to unmute
  2. Click Chat info icon in the top right corner of the chat's main dashboard. The Chat information window will appear
  3. Click Reset next to Notifications

That's it! You'll start receiving notifications again.
